Create your own self-portrait!

Join us for the first museum workshop for children in the new year!

This time, we’ll have fun with the colors and the brushes! We will focus on portrait painting and look for inspiration at different types of portraits from the Art History Collection of the Škofja Loka Museum, and then we will try to paint ourselves. We will learn some basic instructions for portraiture and think about how to use them to express our qualities and feelings. Let the new year begin with a self-portrait!

To help with the painting, we suggest you bring mirrors with you.

Preschool children accompanied by their parents are also welcome at the workshop. The event takes place at the same time as the castle matinee.
