The Guild Collection presents the rich preserved heritage of Loka's town tradesmen. The tradesmen in medieval Loka were, to protect themselves from the competition of country tradesmen and foreigners, already linked into guilds from the middle of the 15th. century onwards. In the Museum the heritage of subsequent Loka guilds has been collected: blacksmiths, shoemakers, leather-workers, tailors, potters, bakers and butchers. There are guild documents, small chests, jugs, signet rings, a banner, other documents, candlesticks and guilds' signboards. Some objects in the collection are adapted for the visually impaired.
