In the Ivan Grohar Gallery, we will present the works of Slovenian graphic designer and member of the Škofja Loka Artist Association Nataša Šušteršič Plotajs. We have prepared a selection of her most important design projects (completed or those that are still ongoing) in which the author, also the recipient of the Grohar scholarship for 2020, participated. At the forefront of her interest are socially engaged, sociological topics, at the center of which is man and his relationship to the
world. The artist grew up in Škofja Loka, the home of the Slovenian Impressionists, which is one of the reasons that painting is strongly present in her oeuvre. This specific character, in the form of an author's illustration with an emphasis on colour, is one of the fundamental elements of the artist's design aesthetics, which in each task focuses on the message and telling value of artistic expression.
