On Prešeren Day from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm you can visit us at the following locations with free admission:
- Škofja Loka Loka
- Škopar's house in the castle garden
- Ivan Grohar Gallery
- France Mihelič Gallery
To visit the exhibitions, visitors over the age of 12 must meet the RVT rule (Recovered – Vaccinated – Tested), show their ID and wear a protective mask (surgical or FFP2 mask) at all times.
To join the guided tours and workshops you should register in advance (visit@loski-muzej.si), as the number of places is limited!
Škofja Loka Museum
- 11.00 am guided tour of the permanent museum collections
- 2.00 pm Today's work site, tomorrow's playground!, poster making workshop
- 3.00 pm guided tour of the exhibition From Liberation to Independence with the exhibition curators
Ivan Grohar Gallery
- 10.00 am guided tour of the exhibition by DK Trn
France Mihelič Gallery
An exhibition of artworks by members of the Škofja Loka Artists’ Association titled A Collection in the Making will be on display as well as a collection of prints, drawings and paintings by the Slovenian painter and printmaker France Mihelič (1907–1998).

- 10.00 am From field to table: the documentary value of Ive Šubic’s modern painting, lecture by curator Petra Čeh
