In her exhibition of paintings and collages, Agata Pavlovec explores her own identity and delves into the layers of an individual’s personality that are revealed through darkness, shadow and various adopted social roles. The exhibition challenges viewers to reflect on how shadow, darkness and social masking are not merely hidden and mysterious realms; they are spaces of exploration that allow an individual to confront the uncomfortable and often overlooked parts of the self and thus gain a deeper self-understanding.
