In September, we are reviving the legacy of the great Slovenian painter and printmaker France Mihelič, which is why the France Mihelič Gallery in the former granary (Kašča) will be open from Saturday to Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.

Opening of the Exhibition Around the Crngrob Church – a Treasure Trove of Frescoes
The exhibition Around the Crngrob Church – a Treasure Trove of Frescoes presents twelve frescoes from different periods, between the late 13th and the mid-19th centuries.
In the lecture, we will get to know Franja Tavčar not only as a social and humanitarian activist, but we will also get to know her private life, her relationship with Ivan and her life in Visoko.

It reveals the meanings and symbolism of seeds, emphases the importance of the preservation of ecosystems, biodiversity … Just self-sufficiency movements and community practices that show an alternative to otherwise seemingly possible endless growth are awakening the authors answer these questions. In their own way through joint work, solution-seeking and creativity.
