Permanent Collections
The Museum's archaeology, history, cultural history, art, ethnology, natural history and sports collections, as well as an open-air museum, are on display at the Škofja Loka Castle and its garden.
Other Museum's collections are on display at the France Mihelič Gallery in Škofja Loka, at the Cankar Batallion House (Dom Cankarjevega bataljona) in Dražgoše, at the Visoko Mansion in Visoko, Poljane Valley, and at the Brode Beekeepers House in Brode in the vicinity of Škofja Loka. The latest exhibition is on display at Stara Šola – Stare Žiri cultural centre in Žiri.
